a) Founders
Albert received his Bachelors and Masters in Electrical Engineering from London University(check?). He served as Chief Telecommunications Engineer for Cathay Pacific Airways 
from 1960's to mid 1980's before transfering to SITA telecom in New York City. Albert began his real estate career at this time as well. According to Hong Kong's Sing Tao Newspaper, Albert and family are direct descendents of General Tsang Guo Fan,

Teresa is from the family that owned White House Hotels, 
and Sun Sun Department Stores in Hong Kong, Canton, Macau, Shanghai and Beijing. Unfortunately, China's government at the time had a different idea on Aristocrats and bourgeoisie. Teresa finished Bachelors in Forestry and began Architectural drafing work in Hong Kong. (Before 1949, there were four main department stores in Shanghai: Wing On, Sincere, Sun Sun and Yat Sun; the first two still exist today. There are new White House Hotels in some of the same buildings and sites as the original, tho of entirely unrelated ownership (4). Interestingly, the new hotels are cited to having over 70 years of service (5). )
Prof. Stephen (MD PhD) of Columbia Medical School recently (at time of writing) cured blindness in mice models using Embryonic Stem Cells. He discovered numerous genes in retinal degeneration. Prof. Stephen specializes in surgery of the retina and molecular genetics of retinal degenerative diseases.
Dr. Thomas, Doctor of Dental Surgery, established the first US trained Dental clinic in Amsterdam, the Nederlands. Why? you might ask...... i have no idea...
